Effective: August 21, 2026 · Last Updated: August 21, 2026 · Version 1.0 These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Agon, operated by Morse Ventures Private Limited. By creating an account or using Agon, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To use Agon, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: - Age — you must be at least 18 years of age. Agon is not intended for and may not be used by persons under the age of 18. - Legal capacity — you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of India. - Compliance with laws — your use of Agon must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. - No prior bans — you must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from Agon or any related service operated by Morse Ventures Private Limited. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use Agon.
Your Account
Registration: to access Agon, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date at all times. Identity verification: as part of the registration process, you are required to undergo identity verification including facial liveness detection. This process confirms that you are a real, live human being. Accounts that fail or circumvent verification will be terminated. Account security: you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@joinagon.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. One account per person: each person may maintain only one active Agon account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension, ban, or any restriction is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts. Account integrity: you may not create an account on behalf of another person, impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your identity in any way on Agon.
Acceptable Use
Agon is a platform for genuine human connection through live conversation. You agree to use Agon only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects other users. You may not: - Post or share prohibited content — including but not limited to content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or that depicts or promotes illegal activity. - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users — including sending unsolicited messages, making threats, or engaging in any form of bullying or intimidation. - Impersonate others — including impersonating any person, company, or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity. - Use automated tools — including bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated means to access, interact with, or scrape Agon. - Attempt to circumvent our systems — including attempting to bypass identity verification, content moderation, access controls, or any security feature. - Solicit personal information from minors — any attempt to contact, communicate with, or solicit personal information from a person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement. - Use Agon for commercial purposes — including advertising, soliciting business, promoting products or services, or engaging in any commercial activity without our prior written consent. - Share another user's personal information — including sharing, publishing, or distributing any information about another user without their explicit consent. - Violate applicable laws — including laws relating to privacy, intellectual property, defamation, obscenity, or any other applicable law or regulation. Zero tolerance: certain violations — including the sharing of child sexual abuse material, threats of violence, and non-consensual sharing of intimate images — will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement without prior warning.
Your Content
Ownership: you retain ownership of any content you create or share on Agon, including your profile information and any content shared during live conversations. Licence to Agon: by using Agon, you grant Morse Ventures Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, process, and transmit your content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Agon service. This licence does not grant us the right to sell your content or use it for advertising purposes. Content standards: all content you share on Agon must comply with our Acceptable Use policy set out above and with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any content you share and for the consequences of sharing it. Content moderation: we use automated systems to monitor live video content in real time for violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property: Agon and all content, features, functionality, design, software, algorithms, trade marks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property embodied therein are the exclusive property of Morse Ventures Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to Agon or our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Reporting infringement: if you believe that any content on Agon infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@joinagon.com with details of the alleged infringement.
Safety
The safety of our users is our highest priority. We have implemented the following safety measures and we ask that you cooperate with them at all times: - Identity verification — every user on Agon has undergone facial liveness detection to confirm they are a real human being. - Age verification — every user on Agon has confirmed they are 18 years of age or older. - Real-time content moderation — live video is monitored in real time for harmful content. Calls that violate our standards are automatically terminated. - Reporting — you may report any user or content that you believe violates these Terms directly within the app. We review all reports and take appropriate action. - Blocking — you may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot match with or contact you. Emergency situations: if you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services. Agon is not an emergency service and cannot dispatch assistance.
Termination
Termination by you: you may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, your account and associated personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Termination by us: we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: - Violation of the Acceptable Use section — suspension or permanent termination depending on severity. - Zero tolerance violations — immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement. - Identity fraud or impersonation — immediate permanent termination. - Age misrepresentation — immediate permanent termination. - Multiple account creation — termination of all associated accounts. - Extended inactivity — account deactivation with prior notice. Effect of termination: upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use Agon ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including the sections on Your Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
Disclaimers
Agon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that Agon will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using Agon will be accurate or reliable. Agon is a platform for live social interaction between users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Platform. You interact with other users at your own risk. No background checks: Agon verifies that users are real human beings above the age of 18. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of users beyond the verification described in these Terms. Please exercise appropriate caution when interacting with strangers online.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morse Ventures Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Agon, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Agon exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing law: these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the laws of the State of Karnataka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute resolution: in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Agon, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@joinagon.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka. The language of arbitration shall be English. Jurisdiction: subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide you with prominent notice through the application or by email no less than 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Agon after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Agon and delete your account. The date of the most recent update to these Terms will always be indicated at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
